Online Permitting
Rum River Consultants is pleased to announce the introduction of online permitting services for the Royalton Township through our platform, Baseline.
To access our user-friendly site, simply click the Baseline button below. Once selected, you will be brought to the permitting website where you can choose the option to "Apply for a Permit". A prompt will occur for you to create an account or sign in to the platform.
Once you have established a user account, conveniently track and manage all of your permits, including scheduling inspections online, by selecting the "View Permits" option. *Please note, this will be for permits starting February 1, 2024. Thank you!

Site Permit Application
Royalton Township requires the below Site Permit any time a new structure is added or an addition to an existing structure is made. Please complete this form as well as the corresponding Building Permit application as needed. Thank you!
Set Fee Permit Applications
The following permit applications have a set fee and will be processed when received, typically within one business day. This applies to residential permits only. (Commercial permits require plan review.)
Plan Review Permit Applications
The following permit applications require plan review, in addition to the above permits if commercial in nature. Please submit all documentation required when applying for the permit to minimize review time. *Please note, depending on the complexity of the project, review times could be between five and ten business days once all required information has been received by our office. Contact our office for questions regarding plan review estimates on commercial projects.
