Online Permitting
Rum River Consultants is pleased to announce the introduction of online permitting services for the City of Lauderdale through our platform, Baseline.
To access our user-friendly site, simply click the Baseline button below. Once selected, you will be brought to the permitting website where you can choose the option to "Apply for a Permit". A prompt will occur for you to create an account or sign in to the platform.
Once you have established a user account, conveniently track and manage all of your permits, including scheduling inspections online, by selecting the "View Permits" option. *Please note, this will be for permits starting January 1, 2024. Thank you!

Rental Licensing Information
The City of Lauderdale's Rental Housing Licensure Program is designed to help ensure safe, well-maintained, and attractive rental housing throughout the community.
Rental properties are required to be inspected every other year and must maintain a valid rental license through the annual rental license renewal process and fee payment.
Property owners may apply for a new rental license or renew an existing license through Baseline. Please utilize the available inspection checklist to help prepare your property for inspection and maintain compliance with program requirements.

In person at Lauderdale City Hall between 8:00-4:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. An after-hours drop box also is available by the front door.
