Permit applications and all submittals are to be provided in PDF format and sent by email to:

Enter all information in the fillable form, including the signature.

Set Fee Permit Applications
The following permit applications have a set fee and will be processed when received, typically within one business day. This applies to residential permits only. (Commercial permits require plan review.)
Plan Review Permit Applications
The following permit applications require plan review, in addition to the above permits if commercial in nature. Please submit all documentation required when applying for the permit to minimize review time.

Rental Licensing Information
The goal of the City of Lauderdale's rental housing licensure program is to provide safe and attractive rental housing. The program requires annual inspections and periodic inspections. If you are a rental property owner, please remit the following application and utilize the pre-inspection check list for your needs.

Payments
Payment options (cash, check, or credit/debit cards):

Mail a check payable to the City of Lauderdale. *Please include the project address and permit number on the check.

Pay by phone with a credit/debit card by calling 651-792-7650. Please have your payment number and the address of the project available.

In person at Lauderdale City Hall between 8:00-4:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. An after-hours drop box also is available by the front door.
