Rum River’s core values include Accuracy, Efficiency, and Uniformity. These continue to be consistent threads within our Building Blocks course offerings provided across the state of Minnesota. Whether it is in International Falls to Austin, or Grand Marais to Montevideo, we have you covered.
Course material in our presentations is backed by the adopted Minnesota State Building Code. In order to educate building inspection and general contractor staff on important topics of the day, we tailor our continuing education series with useful information that can be utilized upon their return to the municipality or job site.
Main topics covered in the 2024 Building Blocks include MN Code Updates, Tall Walls/Braced Walls, Energy Code Scope and Application, and Business Management presented by AssetHR providing information on MN law and compliance changes, recruiting challenges and employee retention, and federal updates.
